Total costs per person for the six-day congress - including registration fee, full board accommodation and inaugural and gala dinners:
€ 690.00 for single room accommodation
€ 570.00 each for two people sharing a double room
€ 545.00 each for a three bedded arrangement
€ 530.00 each for four people sharing

Children:
up to two years of age free.
Children from two to eight years of age sharing a room with their parents get a 50% reduction on adult rates and pay € 285.00 each (excursions not included).

Members of the EVU and the AVI are eligible for a 5% discount in line with payment of their annual subscription.
The discount is applicable for the complete 6 day package only (excursions not included).

Participants wishing to stay only from one to five days pay a daily rate of
€ 120.00 for single room accommodation
€ 100.00 each for two people sharing a double room
€ 95.00 each for a triple room
€ 90.00 each for four people sharing
including all congress fees and the inaugural and gala dinners.

Extra meals are € 25.00 each and the inaugural and gala dinners € 40.00 each.

These rates are valid until the 31 of April
From 1 May 2005 a 5% increase will apply or 10% from 1 July 2005.
