Roberto Pinton
Roberto Pinton is a non militant vegetarian, who, since the early 80's has been involved with agriculture and biological nutrition.
He is one of the founders of the agricultural co-operative El Tamiso and in 1993 promoted the creation of Brio (the first self-owned commercial company belonging to the biological produce co-operatives).
In Aiab he was in charge of contractor services and for 5 years was the director of the magazine Bioagricultura.
Author of six popular specialised volumes, he collaborates with a number of national and international newspapers.
